Brooklyn bags big cheque for cheeky advert!

Brooklyn Beckham has landed a handsome amount for an advertisement in which he has cheekily referenced his ongoing family feud with dad David Beckham and mum Victoria.
Brooklyn, 27, the eldest son of former England and Man United football great David, has reportedly earned $1 million (Rs 9.46 crore) for featuring in a World Cup-themed advert for US-based food delivery company DoorDash recently.
In the ad, Brooklyn says: “You’re probably wondering why I’m watching the FIFA World Cup 2026 from home… It’s a long story.” He then hands over some match tickets to a delivery driver and tells him, “These can go to someone else. Put them somewhere fun.”
The “long story” remark is seen as a reference to Brooklyn’s feud with his parents, while the World Cup tickets giveaway is a symbolic rejection of his father’s World Cup legacy. The ad also displays a luxury watch which is a gift to him from dad David.
