Podar International CBSE School (Powai) blanked St Francis D’Assisi High School SSC (Borivli) 5-0 in a boys U-14 Div-II match of the Dreams Sports Mumbai School Sports Association (MSSA) inter-school football tournament at Wings Sports Centre, Bandra, recently.
Aanik Chaubey opened the scoring for Podar in the third minute before Vivaan Komparakkaran doubled their lead 12 minutes later, to end the first half at 2-0. After the break, Rishaan Kapur got onto the scoresheet in the 19th minute before Vivaan completed his brace seven minutes later. Rishaan (28th min) then doubled his own tally to round out Podar’s comprehensive 5-0 win.
